Dry Riser Testing

It is a legal requirement that Dry Riser systems are maintained to BS 9990:2015 code of practice or I.S.391:2020. This means a full annual pressure test, plus a six monthly visual check, for all Dry Risers in buildings over 18 metres but below 60 metres.

Wet Riser Testing

It is a legal requirement that Wet Riser systems are maintained to BS 9990:2015 code of practice or I.S.391:2020. This means a full annual pressure test, plus a six monthly visual check. Buildings over 60 metres or 18 stories must have Wet Risers.
